1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 499db platform in any capacity — whether browsing game categories, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 499db (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your account.

499db reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. The most current version of these terms will always be published at 499db.app/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to 499db is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 499db operates a strict 18+ policy without exception. Gambling is not permitted for persons under the age of 18.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 499db or had an account closed for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of any such person employed by 499db or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You are acting in your own name and not as a representative, nominee, or agent of another person.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of 499db services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and the cashier — you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number associated with your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account.

You are permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 499db platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. Any duplicate accounts discovered by 499db will be closed without notice, and any balances held in such accounts may be voided.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. 499db will never ask you to disclose your password via email, chat, or any other channel.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your 499db account. This adds a critical layer of security and protects your account from unauthorised access, particularly when using shared devices or public Wi-Fi networks in Dhaka, Chittagong, or elsewhere in Bangladesh.

You must notify 499db immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Until such notification is received, all activity conducted through your account — including any wagers placed or withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

In accordance with our commitment to safe and responsible gaming, 499db operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any point during your use of the platform:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of your registered bKash or Nagad account showing your name and number)

Documents must be submitted in English or accompanied by a certified English translation. 499db reserves the right to decline or delay withdrawals until all required KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposits

499db accepts deposits exclusively through the approved payment channels listed in the cashier section of your account dashboard. Currently supported deposit methods for Bangladesh players include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and denominated using the ৳ symbol.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method. Deposits are credited to your 499db account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 499db does not charge any fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

You must only deposit funds using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment accounts belonging to third parties, is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering (AML) policy. You may only withdraw to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your verified 499db account.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers. These timeframes are estimates and may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional account verification is required.

4.3 Currency & Taka Transactions

All account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records on 499db are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol: ৳). No conversion to foreign currencies is offered. Western Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3) are used for all displayed amounts throughout the platform.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

499db offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by 499db are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.

Wagers placed on certain game categories may contribute differently towards fulfilling wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game type will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. As a general guide, slots typically contribute 100% of each wager, while table games and live casino titles may contribute at a lower rate.

5.2 Bonus Abuse & Collusion

499db operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, placing opposing bets across two accounts to guarantee a withdrawal while satisfying wagering requirements (arbitrage), using automated betting scripts or bots, and systematic low-risk betting patterns designed specifically to clear bonus requirements without genuine engagement with the games.

Where 499db identifies or has reasonable grounds to suspect bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void all associated bonus funds and winnings, suspend the account pending investigation, and permanently close the account if abuse is confirmed.

5.3 Promotion Availability

All promotions are available to players in Bangladesh for a limited time only and are subject to change or withdrawal at 499db's discretion without prior notice. 499db reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at any time where there are reasonable grounds to believe the player does not meet the promotion's eligibility criteria.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All wagers placed on 499db's sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey — are subject to the specific sport and market rules published in the platform's betting rules section. Bets are only valid once confirmed by the 499db system and a bet reference number has been issued. In the event of a dispute, the 499db transaction log constitutes the definitive record of all bets placed.

499db reserves the right to restrict the maximum stake permitted on any market at any time, without prior notice. Unusual or suspicious betting patterns — including but not limited to the sudden placement of unusually large bets on obscure markets, or co-ordinated betting activity across multiple accounts — may be flagged for manual review, and related bets may be voided pending investigation.

6.2 Casino & Crash Game Rules

All casino games available on the 499db platform — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other providers; live table games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi; and crash games including Aviator by Spribe — are governed by the individual game rules determined by their respective providers. These rules are accessible within each game interface. 499db facilitates access to these games but does not independently determine their mathematical or technical parameters, which are set and certified by the originating provider.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or software error during a game round, the outcome will be determined according to the game provider's established procedure for such circumstances. 499db will communicate the resolution to the affected player once the provider's process has been completed.

6.3 Void Bets & Cancelled Events

If a sporting event on which a bet has been placed is cancelled, abandoned, postponed beyond the applicable void period, or declared void by the relevant governing body, the affected bet will be settled as a void and the original stake returned to the player's 499db balance. The void period for each sport and market type is specified in the betting rules section.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 499db platform. Breach of any of the prohibitions listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point
• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or market through collusion, the use of bots, automated software, artificial intelligence scripts, or any other technical means not authorised by 499db
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to gain an unfair financial advantage, including the exploitation of erroneous odds or mis-priced markets
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other technical means to misrepresent your location or identity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing members of the 499db customer support team or other players
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials or account balance to any third party
• Accessing the platform in breach of any applicable local law or regulation

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your 499db account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 499db will process the closure within five (5) business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account), subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML checks.

Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Real-money wagers that are in progress at the time of closure will be settled according to the applicable game or event outcome, and the resulting balance handled as described above.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Closures

If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — including concerns that gambling may be negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health — please indicate this clearly when contacting support. Responsible gaming closure requests are actioned as a priority and are subject to an additional cooling-off period during which you will not be able to reopen the account, in accordance with our responsible gaming policy. 8.3 Closure or Suspension by 499db

499db reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider
• A court order, legal notice, or instruction from a relevant regulatory authority
• Circumstances beyond 499db's reasonable control that make continued account operation impracticable

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 499db will aim to complete its review within fourteen (14) business days and communicate the outcome to the email address registered on your account. If the investigation concludes in your favour, full account access will be restored and any withheld balance returned. If the investigation confirms a breach of these terms, the account will be permanently closed and any applicable balance treated in accordance with the findings.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 499db's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 499db shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, however caused and whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
